The last quarter of the year has been a busy time for the Mento Labs team, reaching new milestones, growing the Mento Community & celebrating the “12 Days of Mento” to kick off the holiday season. We are excited that Mento stablecoin adoption is accelerating & we are thankful for our partner ecosystem in driving adoption of real-world use cases for digital assets!

Mento Labs announced its $10M raise amidst significant growth & milestones, including a roadmap introducing new local currency stablecoins across Africa, Asia, & Latin America. Mento is one of the industry’s most-used stablecoin platforms in the world, with over 4 million users and 500K+ Daily Active Users (DAUs). 📣
Celo Colombia announced the launch of cCOP, a decentralized local currency stablecoin for Colombia on Celo. 🇨🇴

The data we gathered from over 600 respondents across the continent will help shape future development of the Mento Platform & ensure we are meeting the needs of stablecoin users.
